1 Hands-on Training Program
Intensive sessions focusing on precision motion control theory and application using TwinCAT and Python, tailored to your team’s needs.
- Methodology: The training primarily employs SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), using a 2-inertia system model for virtual motors and loads. Our core focus goes beyond simple parameter tuning, emphasizing comprehensive control design based on detailed physical dynamics. Through this approach, participants master the entire workflow from theoretical vibration suppression and high-precision positioning to practical implementation.
- Hardware Option: If your organization provides EtherCAT-compatible motor drivers and motors, they can be integrated into the practical exercises to validate the designs on physical systems.
- Duration: 3 days
- Fee: 900,000 JPY per session (Excluding tax / up to 6 participants)
Billing & Service Area
- Qualified Invoice System: SakaLib is a registered “Qualified Invoice Issuer” in Japan, fully compliant with the Japanese consumption tax invoice system.
- Service Region: Currently, professional training programs are exclusively available to clients based in Japan. For sessions held outside the Tokyo Metropolitan area, travel expenses will be charged separately.
2 Public Course
I serve as an instructor for Beckhoff Automation official training: TR9001 | TwinCATとPythonで学ぶモデルベースト制御講座 (Model-based Control with TwinCAT and Python).
- Practical Experiments: This course includes hands-on sessions using actual Beckhoff EtherCAT motor drivers and motors, allowing participants to experience real-time control implementation on physical hardware.

- Production-Ready Sample Project: A motor-control-ready TwinCAT project provided for immediate deployment in real-world tasks.
- Python Integration: Practical guidance using the pylib-sakata library for advanced control design and simulation.

It features a controller designed on solid control theory, enabling you to drive motors with precision. This project is ready for immediate deployment in your actual engineering tasks after the training.
